About billing
Is there really no per-lead charge?
No. A month where you get 200 leads costs the same as a month where you get 20,000. Charging per lead punishes you for the ads working.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays exactly where it is. You get a week of grace after the trial before the workspace is suspended, and nothing is deleted — pick a plan whenever you're ready and carry on.
Can I add and remove users mid-month?
Yes. Seats are adjustable at any time from Settings → Billing. Deactivating someone frees their seat immediately, and their leads stay put until you reassign them.
Is telephony included?
Click-to-call through a provider like Exotel or TeleCMI is a paid add-on, because those providers bill per minute and we'd only be reselling it. Logging calls and outcomes by hand is included and needs no integration.
Do you store card details?
No. Payment collection isn't part of this build yet — plans are set by us directly. When it lands it will run through a PCI-compliant gateway, and card data will never touch our servers.
