You're not too small for a CRM.
They're too big for you.
The big CRMs were built for enterprise sales teams, priced per seat, and then sold down to businesses running three ads and two reps. Here's what that costs, what it still doesn't do — and where they genuinely beat us.
| Capability | DigiElevate Ads CRM | Typical enterprise CRM |
|---|---|---|
| Built around Meta Ads | ||
| Meta Ads lead flow is the design centre | Generic pipeline, Meta is one integration among hundreds | |
| Instant Form leads arrive in seconds | Usually via a paid connector or a third-party sync | |
| Conversions API events sent from pipeline stages | Needs a developer, or a paid add-on | |
| Campaign, ad set and ad name on every lead | Partial — often campaign only | |
| UTM, GCLID and click IDs captured at intake | Partial | |
| Form questions become fields automatically | Fields must be created and mapped by hand | |
| Working the leads | ||
| Custom pipeline stages and fields | Yes | |
| Automatic lead assignment | Often a higher tier | |
| Duplicate detection | Yes | |
| Tasks, callbacks and reminders | Yes | |
| Import, export and bulk actions | Yes | |
| Analytics and team leaderboard | Yes, often a higher tier | |
| What it costs | ||
| Set up and running in | about 30 minutes | Days to weeks, sometimes a consultant |
| Priced per user? | No — flat rate | Yes, per user per month |
| GST | Included in the price | Added on top |
| Contract | Cancel any time, no lock-in | Often annual |
We describe the general shape of enterprise CRM products rather than naming vendors, because their features and pricing change constantly and a stale comparison table is worse than none. Check current pricing yourself before deciding.
When you should buy the big CRM instead
We'd rather you rule us out in five minutes than churn in month three.
You need a full sales suite
Quotes, invoices, inventory, contracts, email marketing, support tickets, forecasting. We do lead management and one integration extremely well and stop there.
Meta isn't your main channel
If most leads come from Google, LinkedIn, outbound or referrals, the Meta feedback loop is the entire reason to pick us — and you wouldn't be using it.
You have complex territory rules
Multi-level hierarchies, approval chains, deal-splitting between reps, custom objects. Our roles are two: admin and rep.
Procurement requires certifications
SOC 2, ISO 27001, contractual SLAs, a signed DPA with an enterprise legal team. If your buyer demands those, buy the big one.
Decide with your own data
Twenty minutes on your Meta account, and you'll know either way.
