Terms of Service

The agreement

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

What you get

Access to DigiElevate Ads CRM for the plan you are on: 2 user accounts included, unlimited leads, and every feature listed on the pricing page. Extra seats are ₹499 per user per month.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure. Anything done with your login is treated as done by you.
• Have a lawful basis for the lead data you put in, and comply with the rules that apply to contacting those people — including telemarketing and consent regulations wherever they live.
• Follow Meta's platform terms. Your use of their APIs is between you and Meta.
• Don't attempt to break into other workspaces, overload the service, or resell access without a written agreement.

The Meta integration

We send the events you configure using credentials you provide. We do not control Meta's APIs, their availability, their pricing, or how their algorithms use the data you send. If Meta changes or withdraws an API, the affected feature may change or stop working. Improved ad performance is not something anyone can promise, and we don't.

Uptime and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not offer a contractual SLA on standard plans. Maintenance may cause brief interruptions. Support is by email and WhatsApp during Indian business hours. Enterprise agreements can include specific commitments in writing.

Payment

Plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees, GST inclusive. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; your current billing period is never repriced mid-term.

Ending it

Cancel at any time, effective at the end of your paid period. We may suspend an account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or for use that endangers the service — and will tell you why. Export your data before you cancel; after 30 days a closed workspace may be permanently deleted.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the preceding three months, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
