Refunds & Cancellation

Draft. These documents describe how the software actually behaves, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Get them checked before you take payment or handle real customer data.

The free trial comes first

Every account starts with 14 days free, with no card required. That exists so you can find out whether this works for you before any money changes hands — please use it properly rather than relying on a refund later.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like, from Settings or by emailing us. Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period and no minimum term.

Refunds

Monthly plans. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not imported a substantial lead database, we will refund that payment in full. After 7 days, the current month is not refundable, but you will not be billed again.

Six-month plans. Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After that we will refund the unused whole months, less the difference between the discount you received and the standard monthly rate for the months you used.

Always refundable. If the service was unavailable for an extended period through our fault, or you were charged in error or after cancelling, we refund it — no time limit and no argument.

What isn't refundable

Third-party costs we passed through at your request, such as telephony minutes bought from a provider. Custom onboarding or integration work already delivered. Periods where the account was suspended for breaching the terms.

How to request one

Email hello@thedigielevate.com from the address on the account, with the workspace name and what happened. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.

Before you go

Export your leads to CSV first — every field, including custom ones and attribution data. A closed workspace may be permanently deleted after 30 days, and we cannot recover it afterwards.
